UPDATE 9-10-10
LORRAINE PAT
BOEGLE attacked me today in front of the Dept 14 courtroom in El Cajon!

She came all
the way from RENO to try to get out of court, JUDGE told her she is served
and HAS TO RESPOND IN 30 DAYS!
KARMA
WILL PREVAIL!!
UPDATE 10-7-10
This woman actually answered my complaint with a
complaint that the case should be heard in Reno court, then she filed
a cross complaint! IN CALIFORNIA!
In my defense I am posting the letter she sent
me June 14, 2008 stating she would pick up the horse in June 2008.
She did NOT come get the horse as we arranged.
Not in June 2008, July 2008, August 2008, Sept. 2008,
Oct. 2008, Nov. 2008, Dec. 2008 , THE WHOLE YEAR of 2009...
Finally in March 2010 I moved the horse from my place.
Now over 2years later she states
I am a horse thief and is slandering and defaming me with libel and accusations...
(CALIFORNIA LAW STATES 14 days
past arranged pick up deems a horse abandoned)
CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE 1834.5.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, whenever any
animal is delivered to any veterinarian, dog kennel, cat kennel,
pet-grooming parlor, animal hospital, or any other animal care
facility pursuant to any written or oral agreement entered into after
the effective date of this section, and the owner of such animal
does not pick up the animal within 14 calendar days after the day the
animal was due to be picked up, the animal shall be deemed to be
abandoned. The person into whose custody the animal was placed for
care shall first try for a period of not less than 10 days to find a
new owner for the animal, and, if unable to place the animal with a
new owner, shall thereafter humanely destroy the animal so abandoned.
If an animal so abandoned was left with a veterinarian or with a
facility which has a veterinarian, and a new owner cannot be found
pursuant to this section, such veterinarian shall humanely destroy
the animal.
There shall be a notice posted in a conspicuous place, or in
conspicuous type in a written receipt given, to warn each person
depositing an animal at such animal care facilities of the provisions
of this section.
San Diego Sheriff Deputies in
Campo were aware of the status of the stallion since his arrival in January
2008 on through the entire ordeal!

pound, humane society, or animal regulation department of a public
agency to take actual possession of the equine.
(b) If a pound, humane society, or animal regulation department of
a public agency sells an equine at a private or public auction or
sale, it shall set the minimum bid for the sale of the equine at a
