GOMEZ. responding officer, refuses to disclose to me or others who inquire
about CASE # 11156655 who this attacker in this video is.
A clear view of his
face and GOMEZ made contact with the guy. He hit me in the face and broke
my finger and I want a restraining order! Who is he? DEPUTY GOMEZ WON'T
TELL!
I want to get a protective
order from a judge and DEPUTY RUBEN GOMEZ has refused to tell me who this
person is in order to prevent me from getting a restraining order!? OBSTRUCTION
OF JUSTICE!? MY RIGHTS to have a civil remedy!? Further conversations
between SDSO and a represantative of a legal team and counseling group
I contacted, she was told outrageous claims by SDSO Campo office Dispatch.
When she asked what the penal code number is that supports a Deputy's
behavior to withhold information from a victim of an assault in order
to prevent a a restraining order. The dispatch said,"If an officer
says it is law, then it is law" and was told she will get a call
back from a Sgt.
DEPUTY R PHILLIPS
called her back (You remember him? I had 2 boys shooting at my Macaws
in 2008 and reported it to SDSO. Then DEPUTY R PHILLIPS responded by phone
about my complaint and he confirmed it was his son who did it, he had
just gotten a call from his son about it. I wanted charges filed about
his animal abusing son and restitution for the medical bill for the injuries
the vet had to see to. DEPUTY R PHILLIPS refused to file my complaint.
This was in July 2008)
As experience
shows, DEPUTY R PHILLIPS again lied and covered up the truth to protect
people he cares about. DEPUTY R PHILLIPS told my council that she
did not get the whole story. He continued to make excuses and exagerrated
lies to protect their corruption. My legal team is filing several reports
and complaints about this.

UPDATE SEPT 11, 2011
OUR property has been
vandalized and robbed 3 times since April 2011. The back property of 5
acres has a new fence line we are putting in, On all 3 occasions that
I called SDSO, responding deputies Danny Nunez and/or Ruben Gomez refused
to take reports of the missing items, the damaged items, or even an incident
report so I can submit the claims to our insurance carrier to repair and
replace the fence. After being very upset at the final call to sheriffs
and the refusal to do a report, I called the substation and made a complaint.
I was contacted by the commanding officer who said a report would be written
up with the other previous incidents included. I have never received anything.
No call to pick one up, not sent to me by mail or email, nothing.
UPDATE APRIL 2011
RESTRAINING ORDER against JOSH NUNEZ
was not granted for us, any further harassment or incidents the judge
stated he would rule in our favor if we have to file again. Lets see what
this guy will do now that he thinks he can get away with murder threats.

FLYING PAINT RANCH has been located
in the beautiful East County area of San Diego for almost 10 years. In
this time we have had good times and bad. Unfortunately when you have
bad times you sometimes need to call for help. We have had need for law
enforcement on many, many occasions over the years for a variety of matters.
The problems range from our Olde English Bulldog getting run over, killed,
and left at our gate by David Dillon, a neighbor, or having him do harassment
with atv's, dirt bikes, fast driving in cars and trucks to create dust
and to top it off, doing donuts along our horse pens and along our stable
to scare the horses in their stalls, get riders thrown off while in our
arena, and it make the horses cough and blinds them so they can't see
the fences when they panic and try to run away.

In this third video you can hear the three
conspiring to do vandalism when I am not home. They discuss calling each
other when I am gone so they can grade my land, DAVID DILLON stated (at
the 35 second mark) the "I was fixing the road too and the Sheriffs
told me I had to get out of there."

Help me! Please!
The corruption in San Diego is out of control.
I have such an extended list of behavior unbecoming an officer it makes
me see
the whole Campo Sheriff dept. force is polluted with corruption.
This started with probation failures in 2008 and now has escalated into
a full harassment of my ranch, animals, myself and family. You may remember
the complaint in April 2008 of the probation officer recommending I shoot
a problem neighbor who was on probation and i was complaining to the supervisor
about.
My name is Tiffani Kjeldergaard and after
todays problems with Deputy Ruben
Gomez, I am going to complain to the world, again. This is enough!

I want to file charges against all these
illegal unprofessional behaviors and the deputies have to answer for the
illegal benefits they allow their friends.
I have complaints agains Deputy Phillips, Deputy Gomez and Deputy Nunez
as listed on my website link.
For failed performances, denial of my rights to file a complaint, forced
to have animals hurt with no report or incident allowed to be filed, I
have been forced to have damage claims filed for my home owners insurance.
The problem is I can not provide any report or even a basic incident report
number for them. This is due to Deputies refusing to provide me one at
the time of the call or at a later time when Icall requesting it. This
is Fraud, illegal, intentionally depriving me of my rights.
I have also included the links to the videos I have as evidence of the
"dirty
cop" favors. No criminal or even moral explanation goes to the people
I have had
to call the Sheriff for help. The deputies just allow illegal behavior
by their friends and family members and tell
me it is not illegal.
As you will see in the videos what laws
have been broken. In the first link is DAVID
DILLON assaulting me with rocks on purpose using his dirt bike, also air
quality
control and harassment of the livestock is evident. There are several
more
videos of them doing this behavior creating much more dust and chaos with
the
horses. I also have videos of injured horses from this. These events have
been reported over the years repeatedly, no results. (see my website link
for incident or event #'s or dates and times when incident #'s were refused).
The next video is today, Feb 28, 2011 and
JOSH NUNEZ, the brother of Deputy
DANNY NUNEZ illegally trespassed on my easement with out permission and
engaged
grading my land, with a tractor, and intended on grading the speed dips
flat.
these dips are to slow traffic they do not impede passing, they are not
a hazard
and there is 3 land laws that state the easement for other properties
is in no
way owned by the other properties, it is only a pass through. It is vandalism
and destruction of private property for JOSH NUNEZ to grade any tractor
on my
land.
With the threats of running me over with the tractor and the verbal threats
of his male companion, this is how I have to live. Welcome to my world.
VIOLATING LAWS 602. Except as provided
in paragraph (2) of subdivision (v), subdivision (x), and Section 602.8,
every person who willfully
commits a trespass by any of the following acts is guilty of a
misdemeanor:
(a) Cutting down, destroying, or injuring any kind of wood or
timber standing or growing upon the lands of another.
JOSH NUNEZ destroys the tree roots when
he does this scraping with a tractor blade, hence killing the trees. Deputy
Gomez refuses to write a report.
845. (a) The owner of any easement in the
nature of a private
right-of-way, or of any land to which any such easement is attached,
shall maintain it in repair.
This law does NOT give the right for another land owner to destroy what
I have repaired. I try to discuss this with Deputy Gomez yet he refuses
to watch the video, discuss the laws, or inform the suspect that he is
in violation of the laws.

JOSH NUNEZ RUNS OVER
MY DOGS FOOT
The neighbor JOSH NUNEZ who is the brother
of Deputy Danny Nunez drove past my home today at 12 pm as I was tying
down the tarp on my 5th wheel. I was on the roof as he drove by. He accelerated
quickly as he drove on the easement he tried to grade a few days ago,
in order to run down my puppy that was on the dirt driveway, on my land.
I yelled at him to watch out for the dogs, he proceeded down the entire
length of the easement to the asphalt and got out of his van, I climbed
down the trailer ladder and saw NUNEZ walking back up the drive where
I was at, he yelled and cursed at me that I was a F#N Bitch and he is
not afraid of me. He then said he was going to shoot me with his 357 magnum.
I would like you to check that NUNEZ has a gun registered to him or his
brother Deputy NUNEZ has one I feel this validates the threat showing
a confirmation he has access to this weapon.
This is all in retaliation of the events he was denied during the last
sheriff response with Deputy Gomez.
I called sheriff and reported that NUNEZ would not leave my property and
had threatened me.
Deputy GOMEZ arrived on the scene, when
he saw me he told me to give him my camera and I refused and said It is
evidence as I had just video taped again the events. and put me in the
sheriff car right away, unfounded reasons except to take away my camera.
I was in the car for over an hour, another deputy showed up and searched
my house going through all my drawers and dresser, closet, everywhere
has been torn apart in my home. this all began at noon today and they
just left at 3:30pm. I have been trying to put everything back in order
but it is a mess and clean clothes thrown on the floor are now dirty.
We have tile floors and they are dusty/dirty from the rain.
I told the other deputie, ENRIQUE DIAZ who was ordered by GOMEZ to watch
me, that JOSH NUNEZ had threatened me and that I wanted to press citizens
arrest and an emergency restraining order. When GOMEZ came to ask me what
had happened I told him that NUNEZ threatened me, how the incident took
place, the footprints I have on video showing where NUNEZ parked and how
far he walked to come back up onto my property to threaten me. ONCE AGAIN,
NUNEZ was allowed to leave, I was told that I was lucky that I did not
get taken to jail. I was furious, I asked an what law violation? Then
deputy GOMEZ said it was for anything he writes up and it would be a violation
of probation. That was the exact words JOSH NUNEZ was yelling at me when
he was walking at me cursing. That I would go to jail for a probation
violation. He obviously was coached to say that and try to lie and creat
a violation against me. As the recent events and videos over the last
few years have happened, I told Deputy GOMEZ that I have cameras in my
tree watching the property. If he tried to arrest me for a lie and false
report that JOSH NUNEZ made without any evidence I had commited a crime
I DO have evidence he was the assailant and I would fight in court to
show the unethical behavior and illegal practices that he (GOMEZ) was
doing at that moment by allowing NUNEZ, once again, to walk away free
after another confrontation, within a week, involving threats and harassment,
damage of my property etc.
GOMEZ said "Is that all" and I said I wanted my camera back,
he returned it and the 3 videos I had recorded with the confrontation
have been erased.
When does this end? Is it really that easy for a deputy to grab me by
my arm and take my camera and put me in a locked vehicle when I am on
my land, as a complainant and he is supposed to be who I get to respond
to an emergency? if anything happens to me or my family i have notified
several people that it will be at the hands of someone these deputies
will protect, that is all my family have seen them do. Lie and cover up
for one another. I will do this complaint seperate. thank you for your
forms. I will fill them out promptly.

PS. I am on probation for assault with a violent/deadly weapon. If you
were to see the case, I was chased on a back road by a friend of NUNEZ
and cornered by his vehicle, he held me hostage with his car pinning my
truck against a fence. I took a stick and broke the window to move the
vehicle as the man was 100 yds away at the time trying to get cell phone
reception and calling someone.
I was terrified it was NUNEZ brothers or the other men (DILLON or VALENZUELLA)
one of their local friends who have threatened me repeatedly. I felt in
danger and had to get away. I called sheriffs from a neighbor's house
who was not home. They are horse clients of mine and I crawled in the
dog door to get in to use the phone.
When deputies arrived, PHILLIPS and DIAZ, I was arrested. Phillips made
the comment to my son that "Your mom should have never messed with
my son". He was refering to the animal cruelty his son did on my
Endangered Species Macaw with his B.B. gun. In 2008 I called in a complaint
to 911 about 2 boys shooting my MACAWS and Deputy PHILLIPS responded with
a phone call, he refused to take a report or give me an incident number
and he explained it was his son with the neighbor boy named HART and that
he would have a talk with them.
I was outraged! That was not acceptable. this needed to be documented.
I have repeatedly complained about PHILLIPS conduct that afternoon.
I wasn't suprised to hear that comment was said to my son by Deputy PHILLIPS
as he has shown what type of deputy he was back when he let his child
hurt my animals.

MARCH 7, 2011
The neighbor JOSH NUNEZ located at 25649 Potrero Valley Road, and who
is the brother of Deputy Danny Nunez, had driven past my home today at
approx. 12 pm as I was tying down the tarp on my 5th wheel. I was on the
roof of my trailer as he drove by and I disregarded him as I usually do.
On this occasion NUNEZ accelerated quickly as he drove on the easement
he tried to grade a few days ago that belongs to me. He accelerated in
order to run down my puppy that was on the dirt driveway. This is my land
and there is no leash law required on your own property. He hit my dog
on the leg/foot running over his paw.
I yelled at NUNEZ to watch out for the

and got out of his van, approximately 150 feet. I climbed down the trailer
ladder and could hear NUNEZ cursing at me and then saw NUNEZ walking back
up the drive where I was at, he yelled and cursed at me right in my face,
spitting on me and saying that I was a F#N Bitch and he is not afraid
of me.
"Oh you think you're a big bad bitch
with a baseball bat? I ain't afraid of you, you f##n bitch". He then
said he was going to shoot me with his 357 magnum. "I will shoot
your ass with my 357 you f#n bitch. "You won't do shit to me"
NUNEZ yelled and was spitting in my face as he did it.
I had my camera filming and documented
the whole thing, although I was afraid if he were to hit me, I was prepared
with the evidence I was getting that the rage and violent attack and the
distance he had to travel on foot to come back at me to attack me and
say he was going to hurt me would have shown mayhem and assault and terroristic
threats. With this proof he would be in jail.
I would like the courts to check if NUNEZ
has a 357 or any other gun registered to him or if his brother Deputy
NUNEZ has one. I feel this validates the threat showing a confirmation
he has access to this weapon. It needs to be removed from his access.
His behavior has escalated and I am worried more than ever. NUNEZ brothers
live on the same property next door to each other.
This is demonstrating further retaliation
of the events involving NUNEZ last week. NUNEZ was denied by me any right
to be grading my land. I had to call SDSO on Feb 28, 2011. When GOMEZ
responded to that call, once again, improper service from GOMEZ, only
carte blanche to NUNEZ. The video of that even during the last sheriff
response with Deputy Gomez is listed in my CLERB complaint if the court

I called sheriff 911 after the threat by NUNEZ and reported that NUNEZ
would not leave my property and had threatened me. They said a deputy
was on the way.
GOMEZ arrived on the scene and I was very
concerned at that point knowing how he handled the incident last week.
When GOMEZ saw me with my camera he told me to give him my camera and
I refused and said It is evidence as I had just video taped again the
events. GOMEZ grabbed my arm, took my camera roughly as I did not want
to give it to him, he put me in the sheriff car right away, unfounded
reasons except to take away my camera. I was in the car for over an hour.
I watched GOMEZ do things with my camera while he was standing outside
the car. I found out later when my camera was returned he had erased the
footage of NUNEZ walking up the driveway cursing at me.
GOMEZ does not realize that when he grabbed me and put me in the sheriff
cruiser and took my camera that he accidentally hit the record button
again. It is posted at this location on youtube. Please note that at the
end of this clip NUNEZ refers to my Camera in the trees. I believe I was
not arrested on March 7, due to my telling NUNEZ that I have cameras in
the trees. Deputy Gomez spent 4 hours looking for the cameras and while
tearing through my house, Deputy DIAZ reviewed the document of my complaint
for CLERB without my consent.
Another deputy showed up and searched

I turn it on and then I saw I had no more evidence, GOMEZ, the only person
in control of my camera, had erased video evidence off the camera.
Once again, NUNEZ was allowed to leave,
I was told by GOMEZ that I was lucky that I did not get taken to jail.

sue the SDSO for wrongful arrest. I did not know that GOMEZ had erased
my camera footage at this time.
Jo Lane, my former probation officer in
El Cajon is aware of the attempts of NUNEZ trying to get me violated from
over a year ago. NUNEZ made false complaints to LANE and she was prepared
by my calls. As soon as NUNEZ made the threat I called LANE and disclosed
to her what NUNEZ was actually telling me he was planning. To get me violated
on probation any means necessary. He never succeeded as the accusations
made were unfounded.
As the recent events and videos over the last few years have happened,
I told Deputy GOMEZ that I have cameras in my tree watching the property.

am asking the court to grant me protection from this man in the form of
a restraining order.
NUNEZ lives down an easement road that connects from POTRERO VALLEY Rd
to COUNTY PARK Rd.
NUNEZ is one property lot off of COUNTY PARK Rd to enter and exit his
property.
It is out of his way to come towards my home to leave his property. Approximately
4 properties separate his home from the exit at my house. (SEE ZILLOW
MAP ATTACHED)
NUNEZ started doing difficult behavior
a couple of years ago after he bough a horse 98repossessed. He has been
bitter, came onto my ranch and stole 10 bales (or more) of hay as that
was his down payment on the horse, and after repossession I refused to
give him the layaway down payment in the form of feed. I explained if
he puts a layaway plan into effect he can't get reimbursed when he can't
pay it off.
I will include this complaint also to CLERB
regarding GOMEZ.
I have attached the previous CLERB complaint I have filed with them from
Feb 28, 2011.
I yelled at the other deputy (DIAZ ) to
come back as I want to press charges against GOMEZ for tampering with
the evidence and he drove away and disregarded my request.
NUNEZ drove past about an hour later and
yelled out, "You're gonna get your" as he has now been empowered
by the sheriff deputies that he can continue this behavior. I am seeking
the courts assistance in an ORDER that he stay away from my home, family,
animals, and myself as the law prescribes for victims of violent crime.
I have attached a few maps to show NUNEZ does not have to travel by my
home so it is not an inconvenience for him to leave or enter his property
from County Park drive, as it connects into his property.

MARCH 12, 2011 HARASSMENT WITH MARIANO VALENZUELLA
(Pt 1) -
My Horses were set loose by someone. Unknown person/s. In my pursuit after
my horsesI had to follow them when they went onto abandoned open land
that has no home or owner present.
The horses travel so far I turn back to my home.
(Pt 2) -
As I walk back to my house to get a rope for catching the horses, MARIANO
VALENZUELLA passes me in the opposite direction to go chase my horses
with his truck out on open land.
(Pt 3) -
MARIANO VALENZUELLA further chases my horses with his truck and continues
to scare, threaten and harass the horses and myself as I am trying to
catch them. Notice the bushes, VALENZUELLA leaves the road to chase my
horses in the brush which upset them more. Risking extreme fire danger
with a hot muffler!
(Pt4)-
MARIANO VALLENZUELLA continues to harass my horses and I confront him
to turn his engine off so I can get the horses home. I tell him he needs
to stop scaring the horses intentionally.
He tells me "I'm gonna fuckin..." and doesn't complete his sentence,
yet he steps towards me in a threatening manner to support his words with
physical force.
THIS IS the guy who SHOT his girlfriend MAYA BARRANON and who SAN DIEGO
PROBATION put on a "Lowest NON- Supervision" level of probation
for it"

This is the type of horrible work by incompetent professionals is the
EXACT reason that AMBER DUBOIS and CHELSEA KING are not with us. FAILURE
TO PROTECT CITIZENS FROM VIOLENT CRIMINALS WITH A HISTORY!
(Pt 5)-
After having watched parts 1-4 of VALENZUELLA this is where it gets scary
from the PACK MENATLITY these criminals do when they get in a pack attack
situation to team up on me and attack me.
(This was the same tactic used by MAYA BARRANON when she attacked me with
DILLON, VALENZUELLA and VALENZUELLA'S TEEN SON ALFREDO. BARRANON was arrested
for that assault.)
I am trying to get my horses home as VALENZUELLA is behind me, (you heard
his threat in Pt 3) and DILLON is at the front drive area coming up to
the gate with the other riders. (note) notice quickly DILLONS gray horse
has no rider, DILLON is not in his saddle. DILLON got off the horse and
was running on foot to get his horse towards the gate in order to lock
me in. He could not get his horse to cooperate quickly enough and I ran
my horse in order to beat him to the gate. NUNEZ was waiting at the gate
in the white truck. I don't know who called him to have him come but he
was also at the gate. Fortunately 2 different Sheriff Deputies arrived
at the exact time I was about to be attacked. GOMEZ and UNKNOWN DEPUTY.
Neither took my report or complaints of harassment, neither deputies watched
these videos.
Here is a list of a few incident numbers of our complaints against
these same people, (and their friend Ron Brown who decided to harass
us as well is included). He would park his truck in front of our yard
at 3:00 AM and make lots of noise opening and closing doors to make our
dogs bark. It would wake us up, the dog's alerting us there were trespassers.
I would go out side to investigate the noise and vehicle banging and it
would be Ron Brown.
This happened for over 2 months! After 47 different calls to San Diego
Sheriff's office for each day that he did this, not once was he told by
SD Sheriff Deputy to stop, given a disturbing the peace citation, a trespassing
ticket or even a courtesy request to act civilized. I placed him under
citizen arrest for all of the above harassment and quoted to Deputies
Gomez and Phillips, the Penal codes Ron Brown violated, and all responding
Deputy still refused to help or do their duty by enforcing laws. So much

sheriff dept that let him get away with a serious crime like that. THEY
DID NOT RETRIEVE THE GUN FROM HIM!
**Our problems with MARIANO VALENZUELLA
- After having the San Diego Sheriff department fail me so badly and are
corrupt in their ways I then complained to the San Diego Probation Department
about Mariano Valenzuella's behavior. The secretary told me they would
not do any reports on complaints or log it into his file or even investigate
the complaints. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was then connected
with Michael Hurst, a supervisor for Adult Probation. He gave me Brian
Barnum's information as that was the case load Deputy that had unsupervised
felons. He also told me there is nothing he would do about the problems
I am having, not investigate or write down I even called, and then it
came!
Mr. Hurst asked me, and this is a quote!
"Can you shoot well?" I said do you mean kill him? Mr. Hurst
told me that I have every right to protect myself if I am in harms way
or danger from attack. I was outraged! I am supposed to shoot this guy
to make the harassment stop? I was so upset I sent out a letter of my
disgust in a massive e-mail list to law enforcement agencies and congress/city
council members etc.

To all Who Can Help,
My name is Tiffani Kjeldergaard and I am
writing to complain of
The failed protection I have received from the San
Diego Probation Department and its supervision of a
"Shooter" who is on their probation books, excuse me,
on their UNSUPERVISED probation books.
How Mariano Valenzuela became on UNSUPERVISED
PROBATIONER when his crimes include (among many)
shooting his girlfriend in the stomach in December,
well that is very frightening!
I have called to complain to his probation
Deputies when Mr. Valenzuela tried to fight my 17 yr.
old (under age) son a few weeks ago in April 2008. He
threatens me and I have to call the sheriff frequently to protect
our home, animals and selves.
This particular fear and torment threatened
by Mariano Valenzuella was a new one. He said,
"Fucking Bitch, I am going to beat up your son" This has topped
off all
the rest of the threats. He usually says he is going to burn down my home.
The sheriff will not do their job. They
feel there is "limited control
they have over this" and referred me to the probation
department to report his behavior.
Upon my call to probation I left a message with
Julie Alexander at 619-615-6469 on April 2, 2008. My
call was NEVER returned.
I called again on April 11, 2008 to endure a long
list of excuses why I had not been given a call back.
I was also told by Ms Alexander how there would be no
supervision, investigation into, or even a memo in the
file of Mariano Valenzuela about my complaints. My
worries, my calls for help and reports stating I was
in fear for my family and home from this guy were to
go unanswered. When I repeated that statement back in
direct terms, in order to be clear, "probation was not
about to do a thing and they only instruct me to call
the sheriff and report it"… that is when I knew this
SAN DIEGO PROBATION STAFF HAD FAILED… and were no good!
I told Ms Alexander that I was reporting
this to
higher authorities and she put me on with a
supervisor. His name was Mike Hurst.
I discussed the same info about Mariano Valenzuela and
he discredited my pleas for help and refused to respond to it as well.
In fact
Supervisor Mike Hurst asked me, "CAN YOU SHOOT WELL"?
Is that a recommendation? Use a gun to stop this?
What the hell was THAT? Should I just blow Mariano
Valenzuela away? That is the volunteered advice of one
of San Diego's professional probation Deputies?
This city IS a bad place if that is what we need to
resort to according to our professional law
enforcement.
I said I would write letters to complain of how
disgusting this was. I was then assured that my
complaint about Mariano Valenzuela would now go into
his file and I would receive a call from the Deputy
who has Mariano Valenzuela on his list of unsupervised
probation and that letters to complain would be
unnecessary. A man named Michael Marshan (?) was
supposed to be in contact. He has never called and it
is now April 28, 2008.
What kind of passing the buck is this? If you are on
probation my understanding is that you better not have
ANY contact with the law enforcement especially if it
implicates you as a defendant, Mariano Valenzuela has
had several!
He was arrested on April 11, 2008 for stealing a
horse from a local woman named Cheryl Ford. I watched
it all happen from my backyard! She asked me to call
the police for her and told me what was happening.
I have been a next door neighbor to this man for
several years and have endured harassment, threats,
injuries, broken and stolen items from my home and
ranch, assaults with his ATV off road bike,
motorcycles and his VW bug. In the form assault, I am
referring to the right of way a horse has on the
public roads over a vehicle. I have had 3 different falls from
my horses when the speeding vehicles (one of each type
listed) have gone (faster than the speed limit) past
me and scared my horse into a frenzy. I have videos proof.
I am told that CHP should be contacted and CHP said
they don't deal with off road vehicles violations
unless they see them personally. Does EVERY law
enforcement agency in San Diego lack quality? It is
looking pretty bad when I can't get ANY help. In March
I had to bury 2 horses that died of injuries as a
result of these actions. One horse, a former racehorse
named My Starlight, a sister to BEST PAL, broke her
leg in an attempt to run away in a panic in her
pasture as Mariano Valenzuela went back and forth in
loud, dirt throwing, revving engine spin outs 10 ft
from the fence line. Then 2 days later the mare in the
pasture next to her gave premature birth to a foal. A
necropsy showed it was due to stress and the baby was
pinching off the umbilical cord. Frequently this
happens when a mare runs and spins around scared and
turns the foal upside down.
Since my attempts to get help on April
2, 2008 I
have had 2 clients remove their horses from my ranch
to keep them safe from the dangers of Mariano
Valenzuela's behavior, retaliatory wrath and threats.
I will be doing a civil suit against him for the loss
of business and livestock yet I don't want to end up
hurt or any more animals hurt due to his
uncontrollable anger outbursts.
Please forgive my ranting as I am so flustered and
depressed that I have to live like this in San Diego.
Such a beautiful town I thought. I am not from here
originally and tell all my family and friends to NEVER
come to this meth haven of disgust. The law
enforcement completely fails citizens, they steal,
embezzle, commit all kinds of fraud (as the Mayor and Mike Augiere have
disclosed recently) and that there are no good honest law enforcement
Deputies you can actually ask for help from to protect
and serve a community or even simply, one citizens
family. I can only imagine the lawsuit against the San
Diego County branches if harm comes to us at this
point.

OUT... MY SON WAS ATTACKED AND BEATEN IN FRONT OF SEVERAL WITNESSES by
MARIANO VALENZUELLA at the El Cajon Trolley Station at 5:30 AM on 8/12/2008
This happened 4 months after the first
letter so I wrote another letter and mailed it out again, to over 5000
law enforcement recipients. (across the nation)

Sad to say, that letter I sent on 4/28/2008 did not help us!
Some of you may have responded with interest on the results or are concerned
about any help from San Diego law enforcement I have received since the
sending of my letter. I thank you and have horrible news. It brought on
more attacks and now injuries to my son!
On 8/12/08 Mariano Valenzuela attacked
my son at the El Cajon Trolley stop Station at 5:45 am . My son Nick was
dropped off by his stepfather (his ride to work). They were on a motorcycle
and it was very cold. About 60 seconds after he got off the bike and his
step dad drove off, Mariano Valenzuela came from behind and hit Nick in
the head knocking him to the ground face first. There were several witnesses
that stepped in to get Mariano Valenzuela off of my son who was stunned.
He hit Nick several times and Nick tried to fight back. Nick got onto
a trolley to run away and the crowd kept Mariano Valenzuela from pursuing
Nick.
I received the call from Nick at 5:50 am
and my son was alone, hurt and terrified. He did not know what to do.
I told him to call police, since he went to the next trolley stop located
in La Mesa, the El Cajon police refused to do a report since Nick was
no longer in their city. The crime happened in their city minutes earlier
and they instructed him to go back to the trolley stop in El Cajon and
call police again. He did, while he was waiting he stayed with trolley
police to insure his safety. No police Officer ever arrived. No El Cajon
Officer even returned my calls or Nick's call throughout the entire day.
Nick got a ride at the end of the day at 4:30 PM with his stepfather to
the police station. They waited 45 minutes for ANYONE to even answer the
call box at the door outside!
After several attempts and 12 hours of trying to get ANY officer to take
this report, they were able to talk with Officer J.Sargent at (619) 579-3300
ext 0297. We were given this case # 081208-119
When the report was taken my husband did not know the proper spelling
of Mariano Valenzuela or his address. He was told to call and request
an amendment on the report. We wanted to amend the report immediately
and still to this day would like to, 8/19/08 I called to do so and have
NOT received a call back from ANY officer. How am I to include that important
information? Meanwhile Mariano Valenzuela is staring hard at us and my
clients as he drives by and then he laughs out loud, he has been stopping
on the road to threaten us, on the last occasion (8/16/08) I went outside
and threw rocks at him and his truck to get off my property and stay away
from my son. I heard yelling from in the house and when I went out Mariano
Valenzuela had parked and gotten out of his truck, he was yelling at Nick
and was coming quickly towards him like he was about to attack. I then
threw rocks at the brand new 2009 Chevy he now drives. I knew he would
want to get it off my property before I broke a window. I tried to do
that so he could explain to the police what he was doing parked on my
place and out of his truck. His foot prints would have shown he came at
us. I called police to report what had happened and how I threw rocks
to defend myself son, they did nothing. Mariano Valenzuela generally feels
unstoppable and has told us so.
I placed a call to B. Barnum, a probation officer for Mariano Valenzuela
to inform him of the attack on 8/12/08. I asked that I get a return call
to verify his receipt of the message, he did not call. I called again
and spoke to him personally to verify he had gotten the information, he
said he had, and that was all. He did not even ask how Nick was. I was
not informed of the safety and precautions the probation dept plans to
take to keep my son, my home, my husband, my animals all safe from Mariano
Valenzuela. He has repeatedly threatened to do exactly what he did, he
also threatened to burn down my home, telling me, "You're lucky I
haven't done it yet". We expect that any minute.
We have rented a storage unit in order
to get all valuables out of the house before he does. I raise munchkin
cats and have several cats and kittens, including the "World's Smallest
Cat" who is in Ripley's 2008 book and will be in 2009 Guinness Book.
I have 19 horses and 5 dogs and we worry everyday what will happen to
them from Mariano Valenzuela or his friends who have been very retaliatory
on his behalf. This guy HAS shot someone, he is KNOW as a drug and alcohol
offender, and is currently on probation... yet he can behave like this?
I sit here and write this and I feel all alone and that no one cares.
I guess I can only sum up the one thing
I have learned from all this. The original complaint I had about probation
officer Mike Hurst who offended me by asking me if I knew how to shoot?
I now want to thank him and apologize. I didn't know he was right, I will
get a gun and shoot to protect my welfare and Constitutional rights. The
law has failed again and this time Nick was hurt. I will not wait to find
out what Mariano Valenzuela has in store for us next as he laughs at the
honorable phrase "To Protect and Serve".
COMPLAINT AGAINST DEPUTY R PHILLIPS:
SEVERAL REPORTED INCIDENTS WERE NOT DOCUMENTED BY SAN DIEGO SHERIFF DEPUTIES
SO THERE INTENTIONALLY IS NO PAPER TRAIL.
I have argued with Deputies at each incident
that they would not aid us in and I would demand a report be taken at
least to document the call about each incident so I could take the information
to a judge for civil court or if I have to submit insurance claims for
damages done. I was told by Deputy Phillips if I keep calling the San
Diego County Sheriff they will not come to my home or answer a call from
my address ever again! I repeated what the Deputy had just said to me
in shock of what he just said, and he replied, "Yep, That's right!"
Deputy Phillips was the responding Deputy
in July 2008 (by phone) on an animal abuse complaint I made. I saw 2 boys
around 13 years old and they were shooting at my Macaw in her cage from
the nearby road with a bb gun or pellet rifle. Due to the macaw screaming
violently periodically, I could hear she was being hit and I went to the
door and looked outside to see what could be making my bird so distressed
and in obvious pain. I looked around the corner and saw them with my own
eyes! When I caught them doing it and confronted them they said they were
shooting native birds. I called 911 to report it and press animal cruelty
charges. I recognized one boy as the son of Duane Hart who is a neighbor;
I did not know the other boy. My call to authorities was retuned by Deputy
Phillips. He listened to my complaint and then told me that it was his
son with the Hart boy. I told him I wanted to prosecute or at least make
a complaint and incident report for animal abuse/ I went on about how
dangerous it is when boys kill and torture animals. They can grow up to
be very homicidal! Deputy Phillips told me that he would not give me an
incident report and that he would "talk" with his son. I was
really upset. He protects his son's violent animal cruelty behavior and
refused to do his duty by not filing my complaint. That is corrupt!
