TERMS OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN PARTIES

1 .Buyer accepts the responsibility of caring for this kitten and providing properly for its welfare, and agrees to follow the breeder's instructions on care, housing, diet, and health maintenance.
2. Buyer agrees this kitten will always receive prompt medical care. Kitten is to be checked by buyers vet within (72 hrs), 3 days of taking possession of kitten.
*SHIPPED KITTENS or other AIRLINE RIDES REQUIRE A MANDATORY VET CHECK WITHIN 48 hrs!  Make arrangements prior to flight to guarantee allowable time for scheduling.

This is to verify the airline has not stressed, neglected or injured the kitten

ALL HEALTH GUARANTEES ARE VOID WITHOUT THIS REQUIRED VET CHECK!

3. Buyer agrees to provide companionship, never leaving kitten alone for long periods without human attention.

4. Buyer agrees to provide exercise for this kitten, provide toys, clean litter and fresh water.

5. Buyer agrees not to allow this kitten outdoors unless leashed and accompanied by a responsible person.

6. Buyer agrees this kitten (or any of its offspring, if sold for breeding) will not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory or similar facility.

7. Buyer agrees all kittens will be spayed or neutered within six months of moving into their new pet homes. If they have not all ready been. Spay or neuter certificates can be provided for discount alter fee.

8. Buyer agrees if any of the above terms are disregarded, breeder may reclaim this kitten with no refund. The buyer agrees to pay all court costs if this contract is litigated.

9. Vet Records - Kitten will have been Ivomec wormed and had the 1st set of FLV/FIV shots. 

10. The breeder reserves the right of first refusal to repurchase this kitten from the buyer, if the buyer, for any reason, cannot keep this kitten any longer.

11. Adoption price as Agreed:     $500.00        A refundable deposit of 50% ($250.00) to hold a chosen kitten. With any balance (including any shipping fees and/or a PAYPAL fee of $15.00), due before kitten is shipped or picked up. Adoption price does NOT include shipping.  Deposit refunds only occur if a kitten’s death or illness would prevent adoption. If a kitten becomes sick or ill in your care, vet determination or necropsy will be needed to verify the cause of any problems with that kitten, in order to be considered for a replacement kitten. Changes in a buyers plan or lifestyle, income or health will not qualify for a deposit refund.

 12. Do not freeze a dead kitten, only refrigerate, please call me right away if you plan to dispute any kitten’s health or concerns. Necropsy will tell me if you failed as an owner or if the kitten had a predisposition to any health issue, genetic problem, or other condition previously unknown, undiagnosed or undeveloped during the vet health check.

 13. Buyer will contact seller at least monthly for the first 6 months, to be sure the kitten and new family are enjoying life. (e mail, phone call, photo etc.)

  14. Health guarantee on kittens - FIV /FLV disease free,  no genetic defects due to dwarf gene, and no viral or bacterial infections for 72 hrs. Cognitive problems recognized later and not pre disposed to dwarf genes are not guaranteed replacement kitten.
