BILLIE JO SWANSON of Lakeside, California- has pulled 2 scams against FPR owing money and keeping horses...NOW she has been caught doing the same thing to the JAZ RANCH of Oregon! LIED to keep my colt AFTER the lease ended she did not return my mare, she kept her to have myfoal. Then Swanson schemed with Boegle to get a breeders certificate submitted on my mare and the stallion she abandoned. She had not ant contact or posession of the horses yet she submitted a fradulant certificate with false breeding dates.

SWANSON lied under oath and is a scandelous old woman. After keeping my mare she leased PAST the end of lease date. She did this intentionally to allow my mare to foal at her ranch and claim it was hers since it was born before the lease ended! Billi-Jo Swanson proceeded to bill me $2000.00 for the care of the mare and foal and said if I do not pay it she will keep the colt. She then kept the foal as payment she said I owed. I reported this to APHA and they had no choice but to allow SWANSON to register my coltl with the fradulant breeders certificate that was provided and signed by Lorraine Pat Boegle, (the above mentuioned stallion abandonment court issue)!

WHY YOU ASK? WHY WOULD BOEGLE SUBMIT A FRAUDULENT DOCUMENT TO THE APHA? Well SWANSON was housing the same mentioned stallion at her ranch on my behalf during court. SWANSON gave BOEGLE the stallion which she was telling me she would hide the stallion for me until court issues were settled. The same stallion WATTA ROCKI MOUNT that I have owned since JUNE 2008 when BOEGLE abandoned him on my ranch. SWANSON made conspiracies on an illegal trade deal with BOEGLE to trade for BOEGLE to provide a fake breeder certificate on my colt and SWANSON could register it in her name in return for the stallion to be given to her secretly without my knowkledge and WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!

She has TWIST in her horse names as a recognition. SWANSONrecently sold (2010) an HYPP positive stallion to a woman without disclosing the frowned upon breeding ethics of that disease and that continued breeding is extremely frowned upon. SWANSON has bad dealings with the JAZZ RANCH of OREGON and of 3 private agreements that resulted in her having repeated court actions filed against her.
